Please read carefully before using this service<\/span><\/p>Welcome to the Kenya Bankers Mobile Application!<\/span><\/p>The Kenya Bankers Mobile App hereafter referred to as \u201cService\u201d- will enable you to make financial transactions, apply for loans, access mobile wallets, perform internal, inward and outward money transfers, pay utility bills and make merchants payments through The Kenya Bankers and third-party partners. The Service is operated by the Kenya Bankers hereafter referred to as \u201cwe\u201d or \u201cus\u201d in conjunction with third-party vendors subject to these Terms of Service hereafter referred to as \u201cTerms\u201d and the Privacy Policy.<\/span><\/p>TERMS OF SERVICE<\/b><\/p>
The Kenya Bankers will at its sole discretion provide digital banking services to you entirely at your own risk. You indemnify us against all loss, claim and or damage, however caused, resulting from your use of this service<\/span><\/p>The Kenya Bankers will provide to you a one-time (OTP) PIN\/ to access the service.<\/span><\/p>- You must change the PIN\/ Password to new PIN\/Password known only to you<\/span><\/li>
- The Kenya Bankers shall have no liability\/responsibility on the security and secrecy of your PIN\/ Password.<\/span><\/li>
- You must not reveal your User ID or PIN\/ Password to anybody<\/span><\/li>
- You must take care to prevent fraudulent access and \/or use of your ID, PIN or Passwords<\/span><\/li>
- In case of loss or suspect compromise of your unique ID, PIN, or Password, you must change it immediately and report to us using official contacts provided herein within 24hours.<\/span><\/li><\/ol>
The service provides access to third-party services such as but not restricted to M-Pesa, Pesalink, utility service providers, SMS gateways and others as need may arise.<\/span><\/p>- You are responsible for all transactions performed using your User ID and PIN\/ Passwords<\/span><\/li>
- We reserve the right to increase and vary the number of different transaction types availed to you or discontinue certain transaction types<\/span><\/li>
- You can access only accounts you are authorized to.<\/span><\/li>
- You authorize us to charge transaction fees and interest as per the tariffs current and future revised for any applicable transactions carried out using your user ID and Pin\/ Password<\/span><\/li>
- You must ensure you have sufficient balance in your account to perform any financial transactions<\/span><\/li><\/ol>
Our service is offered to you in conjunction with 3<\/span>rd<\/span> party service providers<\/span><\/p>- You agree that your subscription to the 3<\/span>rd<\/span> party service providers is entirely your choice and responsibility, and we will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your subscription<\/span><\/li>
- You agree that we are not liable whatsoever for the devices \u2013 hardware & software that you use to access the service<\/span><\/li>
- Any charges related to 3<\/span>rd<\/span> party vendors in relation to your use of the service will be your responsibility to settle<\/span><\/li><\/ol>
The transaction you perform on the service will reflect on your respective statement of account. Changes to your mobile device will affect the continuity of the service as a security measure and your confirmation will be required to proceed on an alternate device<\/span><\/p>CONDITIONS\u00a0<\/b><\/p>
